Vanilla Bliss: Protein Smoothie Bowl

Protein Power Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 8 hours (including freezing)


  • 2 medium peeled and frozen bananas (217 g)
  • 2 cups frozen riced cauliflower (455 g)
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (226 g)
  • 60 g vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp spirulina
  • 1 TBS vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 TBS desired liquid sweetener (agave, honey, syrup)


  1. Pour milk and sweetener into a blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust thickness with more milk or sweetener if necessary.
  4. Pour into eco-friendly Greendish bowls and top with your favorite fruits.
  5. Enjoy immediately or freeze in an airtight container for a refreshing treat.
