Protein Power Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 8 hours (including freezing)
Ingredients:
- 2 medium peeled and frozen bananas (217 g)
- 2 cups frozen riced cauliflower (455 g)
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (226 g)
- 60 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp spirulina
- 1 TBS vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 TBS desired liquid sweetener (agave, honey, syrup)
Instructions:
- Pour milk and sweetener into a blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend on high, scraping the sides as needed.
- Adjust thickness with more milk or sweetener if necessary.
- Pour into eco-friendly Greendish bowls and top with your favorite fruits.
- Enjoy immediately or freeze in an airtight container for a refreshing treat.
