Banana Yogurt Waffles Recipe
Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 ½ cup of milk
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- In the blender, add the oats and grind them until they become a fine powder.
- Add milk, a banana, 1 egg, and the baking powder. You can add cinnamon if you wish.
- Put the mixture in a waffle maker and wait for it to cook.
- Garnish with banana slices, honey, cinnamon, and Greek yogurt!
- Serve over your favorite Greendish eco-friendly plate and enjoy!
